DWL is recruiting for an experienced Translation Project Manager with fluency in English and strong knowledge of at least one other European language and at least two years' solid project management experience.

Translation Project Managers should be strong team players, committed to providing a quality service at all stages of the translation process, keen to join a friendly and well-established team.

Translation Project Manager - Duties
*to assist in the preparation of quotations.
*to discuss and understand each client's specific requirements and to offer advice if necessary.
*to allocate translators to specific assignments.
*liaising with both clients and translators throughout the project.
*to ensure that all the correct quality control steps have been taken for each project.
*to make efficient use of database and where necessary contribute to its updating.
*to provide the Translation Director with the necessary information to invoice the client after each project has been completed.

Translation Project Manager - Profile
* Two years' experience as a translation project manager
* Fluency in a European language, ideally to mother-tongue standard
*Fluency in English - written and spoken
*Experience working with life sciences/pharmaceutical/medical/regulatory would be advantageous
